Delivery
To calculate your delivery charges add all of the items you require to your basket and go to the check out page. The delivery cost is based on the weight of your order and will be given prior to any payment details being taken so you are not obliged to buy at this point.
Delivery charges quoted on this website are for UK mainland addresses only. Please contact us directly for a delivery cost to the Highlands and Islands and for international addresses.
Once an order has been placed we will advise of a dispatch date and confirm when the order has left us.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them - 90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours. However, some orders may take longer based on stock availability. If this is the case with your order we will advise you as soon as possible.
At times it may be necessary to provide substitute items. In this case we will provide items of the same or great quality.
Returns
Faulty Goods
Please inspect your items for faults as soon as you receive them. If the goods are faulty you need to contact us either by phone or email within seven days quoting date of order and order number. We will collect the faulty goods for inspection and replace them at our cost.
Unwanted Goods
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. This must be done by phone or email. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred returning the goods - this cost will be different from the original delivery charge. All other monies paid will be refunded within 30 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, therefore cellophane protection should not be removed and goods not cut or drilled. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that can track packages, as you are responsible for insuring the returned item. Nick Gray Building Plastics will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
After 7 days a 25% handling charge will be applied to all returned goods.
Please note that all polycarbonate pieces are cut out of larger sheets specifically for your order. Although we will endeavour to assist you if you wish to change/return you order we cannot guarantee a full refund.
