1. - how effective your website is - really easy to use, which meant I found the product I was after really easily.

2. - how helpfull the sales team were when speking to my wife, when she called to discuss the various products that were available. The lady who initially took the call was great, and passed the call on to a guy called Gary when asked some questions she wasn't sure of. Gary was brilliant when talking to my wife, really clear and we were impressed that he was good enough to forward on samples of what we had been dicussing, which made our decision easy to select the correct product.

3. - When ringing up to place the order (after re-measuring the sizes required), how great it was that you were able to cut the sheets to my exact measurements.

4. - When calling to check when the order would be delivered (on the Friday), your team were good enough to chase up TNT to see when delivery was expected, and confirmed it was to be that day.

5. - The products were extremely well packaged, all parts present and in good order, sheets cut perfectly to size.

I thought it only correct to comment on how you / your company handled the delivery problems with my Order recently.

I would like you to thank all your employees for me. The order I had e-mailed to you just before your holiday. As you are probably aware, there were courier problems in the handling of the goods, the 1st delivery, the poly had been dropped, resulting in the corners being damaged, the 2nd delivery, the panels had somehow had something fall on them, or had something placed on them, resulting in creases in the panels, and the 3rd delivery was delivered by your driver.
Everytime I phoned up, the call was handled professionally, with Gary sorting out and updating me of the arrangements of the replacement panels. I am very impressed with the aftersales service your company offers. In my experience, unfortunately not all companies operate the same way.
In due course, if I require anymore polycarbonate, I will be placing my order with yourselves.

Remember me ,the delivery to Lowestoft in Oct for the bloke who works offshore. Well we would just like to thank you and your delivery boys for a fine job. We took 2 days to fit the sheets as we wanted them and can only say that apart from an Aireated bottom drain the money spent on the covers is the best investment we have made regarding our pond. During the last 3 weeks the temperatures here have been in the - mode, but the pond (unheated) has not been below 5.5. Over the last 4 days the outside temps have risen to 6c and I am pleased to say it is reflecting this in the pond temps which have risen also. Hi. I recently purchased some of your 25mm 5 Wall Polycarbonate Sheet to cover my Koi Pond during these cold winter months. Since putting the cover over my pond it has stayed completly ice free! Many of my friends and local koi centres have ponds which are frozen over with thick ice but my pond is still completly ice free. I live in Northampton and temperatues have been very low recently. I highly recommend these Polycarbonate Sheets to cover your koi pond during the winter months. The total price to cover my Koi Pond using these Sheets works out to be a fraction of the price that it would cost to purchase and run a Koi Pond heater. I am very happy with this item, just wish I purchased it sooner.

Your email attachment gave me all the sizes to check and more importantly, the cutting order, so I could tie them in with my drawings and easily find the required sheet for the correct roof section !!. You dispatched them promptly, meaning I could finish the structure on the day and time I had planned. Overall service and product was excellent and I would have no problem recommending your company.

For information purposes only, although your product was well wrapped and padded, TNT had managed to squash/ bend 3 sheet corners. Although this wasn't a major problem, as they are at the overhang end and will be covered by the brown plastic end capping, it's just to let you know for quality control purposes !. I am not someone who usually posts things on the web or responds to after sale product questions, but wanted to let you know how pleased I am.
